The cylindrical cartridge has a dark printed casing marked “Raufoss Super 12” with additional text indicating “Rottweil-Pulver,” referring to the smokeless powder used as propellant. The lower portion consists of a metal base which shows visible corrosion and rust, suggesting long-term aging or exposure to moisture.
The cartridge was designed for use in 12-gauge shotguns, typically for hunting or sporting purposes. The casing appears worn with surface scratches, discoloration, and faded printing, but the manufacturer’s markings remain partially legible.
